The Fremont Street Experience
By: Dwain Berlin
It's incredible and unique! Five blocks of brilliant entertainment in downtown Las Vegas. Lots of lounges and bars, casinos, indoor and outdoor entertainment for everyone, over sixty restaurants, and all of it under the worlds biggest LED screen. Fremont street has the worlds biggest state of the art light and sound shows on the overhead screen every night for FREE. When you come to Vegas you gotta fit Fremont Street into your schedule.
Amazing Lights
The Fremont street experience light display, called Viva Vision has gone through a few technical changes over the last decade, and now they brag about the 12.5 million synchronized LED lights that replace the original 2.1 million incandescent lights. The new light display is smoother than the old technology and now with the variety of shows on display every night, you could watch for weeks before you'd grow tired of Viva Vision on Fremont Street.

Entertainment on Fremont street can seem a lot like a circus act sometimes. There's a daredevil act on the weekends with bikers riding inside the Globe Of Death, a constant parade of scheduled events that you can pick up at any of the downtown hotels and enough restaurants to feed your finest flavor cravings.
Street Entertainment
Reaches new heights on Fremont Street. With acts on the 3rd street stage, the Casino center, up and down the street, busking has never been better. An old standby, Carl Ferris plays saxophone for a two or three hours every night with an engaging style that always draws a crowd.
