In a town known for its legendary hotels, the Tropicana in Las Vegas stands as one of the most legendary of them all—and when you step into this tropical paradise, you’ll understand why.
Appearance
Long a mainstay on the Strip, the Tropicana sits proudly amongst some of the best and brightest resorts in town—the MGM Grand, The Excalibur, and New York-New York—and holds its own quite nicely. Their food, their prices, and their tradition of bringing in top headliner entertainment have kept the Tropicana in the much-deserved spotlight.
You’ll feel like you’ve stepped into an island resort when you open the door to your comfortable, beautifully appointed room, stocked with amenities. Keeping the beach vibe alive, you’ll want to waste the day away in the five-acres of tropical pool area, complete with waterfalls and lagoons. For some pampering, visit the Spa Tropicana and get an invigorating massage, or work up a sweat at the onsite Health Club.

The entertainment at the Tropicana is still high-quality, with the Folies Bergere, the longest running show in town, still exciting and delighting audiences with its sexy cast.
Dining
Also still delighting visitors is the selection of restaurants offered at the Tropicana. The popular Island Buffet is one of the best on the Strip, and when you need a quick bite 24-hours a day, the Garden Café cooks up all your favorites. Other delicious dining can be found at Legends Steak & Seafood, Mizuno's, Player's Deli, Tuscany Italian Café, and Java Java.
Gambling
Many a wager has passed through the Tropicana casino, and this 61,000 square foot gambling hall is a favorite hangout for the gambling set. That’s because not only does it have some of the best Slots and all the table games you need, from Craps to Poker, but the floor staff is one of the friendliest in town. The Tropicana is also home to a Poker Room and a 24-seat Race and Sports Book. Also, for the serious Slots fan, the casino features a high-stakes Slot Room— the Crystal Room.
